Welcome to Tiger Sanitation LLC. We are family owned and operated waste and recycling management company backed by over 40 years in of experience in property management. While managing apartment complexes, founder Loch Michie recognized a need for a friendly customer service based garbage company. In 2006 he became fed up with the status quo and decided it was time to get into the refuse industry.

Fast-forward from Tiger’s humble beginnings when Loch drove our 1st truck to now, Tiger has 6 trucks, 9 employees, services over 130 multi-family communities, and hundreds of business. We have been able to do this because our drivers don’t drive away from messes that our competitors leave behind, and we insist that our customers are pleased every time we service their property or business.
